Jonathan and Janessa's
Crowsness Pass Engagement Session
Janessa and Jonathan found me through Instagram and reached out. As we were taking details about the wedding day, Janessa asked me if I was open to driving down to Crowsnest Pass for their engagement photos. I was like " Are you kidding me?" (of course in my mind ;) I was totally up to drive anyplace my couples have special meaning to. Having her parents house there up in the mountains and often visiting them , indulging in lots of fun activities and also not to forget their love for old building remains; they had a clear vision on where they wanted their photos done.
The first location was Leitch Collieries Provincial Historic Site. They loved this place for engagement photos and sure enough the photos turned out BEAUTIFUL too. I mean, Just look at them; Aren't they one gorgeous couple?
The second location we went to was on the way to her parents house, there is a river-side with trees and water flowing , mountains, OH SO GORGEOUS. Janessa got a blanket for the session, which we had planned before the session; it was starting to get really cold as well. So, both of them got cozy in the blanket and just spend some sweet time making each other laugh, while I got the most beautiful photos of them.
We headed back to the road, got some cute pictures if them dancing and fooling around. I also had to take a film camera because Janessa loves films. So, I bought a disposable camera on my way to Crownest Pass and took lots of fun photos for her. PS. I had totally forgotten how to even use it. OOPs.
I can't wait to share their wedding photos. Click here to for their wedding blog here
